PERSONALIZATION
One name is standard and this can be a first, last or team name.

MONOGRAM
Up to 3 initials. Please type the initials EXACTLY in the order you would like them to appear. For example: Anna Beth Page could appear with the last name in the middle (aPb) or in their respective order (ABP).

FONT CHOICE
Please select your font choice. If it is not applicable for the merchandise you order, another option will be chosen to compliment your item.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Because each item is personalized and created just for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Please check your spelling carefully and review your monogram.  All sales are final. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
 Blank orders will ship out same day (M-F).  Orders with personalization placed online will ship based on the processing schedule up to 3 days plus shipping.  This can be effected by peak seasons and periods of higher order volume. During these periods, please allow additional days for processing time.  An email with an estimated ship date will be sent to you.

SHIPPING CHARGES (Standard)

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you.  No paper documents are included in your shipment.
